The ICT visa is a residence permit granted by Germany for the intra-corporate transfer of citizens from countries outside the EU. (Intra-corporate transfer refers to when a company headquartered outside the EU temporarily transfers its employees to its branch in Germany.) This visa is designed to meet the talent demands of businesses. It has relatively low requirements concerning the applicant's education and language proficiency.
